My handsome hubby Dan has a birthday tomorrow. Currently he is in Iraq, so this year it's a bit more sentimental for me. I will download a pic of the card I made him once I get home from work.

I'd like to say how very proud I am of him. He's been serving our country in the Army for 17 years now. I normally do well during his deployments...this time...just a bit different. Thank god for internet!! Our son's birthday was Saturday, October 25th. 15!!!! So, Dan called and talked for a while. Was very nice!! I think we all felt better after that talk. Well...maybe a little bit sniffly...but better. Jessica tears up at any time...an IM from him, an e-mail and definitely after talking to him. Can't blame her one bit...Daddy's Girl!!

To you my honey. Try to have a decent day out there in the box. Know that we are thinking of you, missing and loving you as well. Sending all our best thoughts, wishes and prayers to you.
